Update: I read on line where a few locations in 3 states have the black bean burger; otherwise, all they have is the "veggie sandwich" which is just a burger with burger veggies minus the burger patty. And that's what I got. Just wish they would have told me that's what it was, because it was not on the menu.
Don't let the outside construction deter you. These guys out performed any Wendy's I have stopped at recently.
Good food, fast, not so friendly.....
Asked if they had veggie burgers... "Yes, ma'am, we sure do!" Okay, paid $1.89 and got back on the car for our road trip. Open up the bag, unwrap the sandwich, to find that there was only lettuce, tomato, onion, and ketchup on the bun...no veggie patty. I guess that's their veggie burger.
6 people in front of me. I had my 4 Grand Daughters with me. I was next in line and the cashier went to the other register and pointed at the lady that was behind me, then the guy behind her. Needles to say I walked out and will never return. We crossed I 95 and went to McDonald's where they took me when I was next.
Great food and short waiting time. Sometimes annoying that they always seem to be out of potatoes at night though.
